1. Digital delivery only
Blockyfy memberships provide digital benefits. Nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping charges, and no delivery address is required for membership fulfillment.
The exact benefits are the ones listed for the selected plan. Builds and beta invitations are delivered only for plans that explicitly include them and only when a corresponding build or test is available.
2. Discord verification and delivery
To receive Discord benefits:
- Join the Blockyfy Discord server.
- At Stripe Checkout, provide the actual Discord username for that account, not its display name.
- Allow direct messages from server members so the Blockyfy bot can contact you.
- Open the one-time verification link sent by the bot.
- After Stripe payment and Discord verification are confirmed, the system assigns the role associated with the active plan.
Verification is not complete merely because payment succeeded. The customer must be in the server, be found under the supplied username, receive the direct message and use the one-time link.
3. Minecraft information
The Minecraft username field is required for new checkouts and must be entered exactly. Where Minecraft authentication is enabled, the service verifies the game session with Mojang. Before the first UUID is linked, the verified Discord account receives a separate, expiring approval that displays the exact Minecraft username and UUID; the member must approve it and sign in again. A Minecraft username does not replace subscription, Discord verification or that first-link approval. Memberships created before this checkout requirement do not need to be recreated.
4. Delivery problems and corrections
If you entered an incorrect Discord or Minecraft username, did not receive the bot message, or received the wrong role, contact contact@blockyfy.net from the checkout email. Include the plan and the corrected username, but do not send a password, full card number or one-time verification link.
Blockyfy can review and correct membership account fields. Temporary delays can occur while Stripe, Discord or other required services are unavailable.
5. How to cancel or change a plan
Open the Stripe customer portal and enter the same email used at checkout. Follow the secure sign-in link Stripe sends to that email, then use the available controls to cancel or change the membership.
A scheduled cancellation stops future renewals. Unless Stripe Checkout or the portal states otherwise, current benefits continue until the end of the already-paid billing period and then end. A plan change and any prorated amount are shown by Stripe before confirmation.
6. Failed, reversed or ended payments
Benefits may remain pending or be removed if a payment is not confirmed, a subscription expires, or a charge is reversed. If you believe access ended incorrectly, contact support with the checkout email and Stripe receipt or invoice reference.
7. Refunds and support
Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Review the Refund policy for eligibility and request instructions. Fulfillment and cancellation questions can be sent to contact@blockyfy.net.
