2. Agreement and eligibility
By starting a membership, you agree to these terms, the plan description shown before checkout, the Privacy policy, the Refund policy, and the Fulfillment and cancellation policy.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. If you are not old enough to do that independently, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and make the purchase.
3. Price, currency and recurring billing
- All prices displayed by Blockyfy are in United States dollars (USD).
- Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. The exact recurring price and any applicable tax are shown at Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.
- Stripe processes payments. Blockyfy does not receive or store your full card number.
- You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information and for keeping your payment method current.
4. Membership benefits
Your purchase includes only the benefits listed for the plan selected at checkout. A general reference elsewhere on the site to builds, beta tests, voting or Discord benefits does not add that benefit to a plan that does not list it.
Benefits are digital. Discord benefits require you to join the Blockyfy server and complete the verification steps described in the Fulfillment and cancellation policy. A build or beta benefit applies only while that benefit is listed for your active plan and a corresponding build or test is available.
A membership does not purchase Minecraft, grant ownership of a Blockyfy project, or transfer intellectual-property rights.
5. Account use and community conduct
Do not share one-time verification links, impersonate another user, submit information you are not authorized to use, attempt to bypass access controls, or use membership access to harm the service or community. Discord community rules continue to apply to supporter spaces.
Blockyfy may suspend a benefit while investigating fraud, payment reversal, abuse or a security incident. Mandatory consumer rights and any refund owed under the Refund policy remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal using the email entered at checkout. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and benefits remain active through the paid billing period. Full details are in the Fulfillment and cancellation policy.
Cancellation does not by itself refund a charge already made. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund policy, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Third-party platforms
Stripe, Discord, Minecraft and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Blockyfy does not control those services. Dragon Block Galactic is presented as a free fan project and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, Toei Animation or Shueisha.
8. Changes, availability and contact
Development projects and test schedules can change. If Blockyfy makes a material change to an active paid plan, it will describe the change before it affects a future renewal. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow Blockyfy to exclude.
